"Most life-planning tools focus on external attainment and results. Which is valuable. Getting results is what moves your life forward. Except that most goal-setting systems fail to harness the most powerful driver behind any aspiration: your preferred feelings; and they foster an uptight determination that can keep us from the vitality we crave.
The Desire Map program is changing all of that. You could call it holistic life-planning. The inner meets the outer. The spirit drives the material."

"I know I am chubby,I have big feet, and have bad hair days.." - Kate Winslet
"I know I am chubby,I have big feet, and have bad hair days.
When I grew up and even now sometimes, I hardly hear any positive reinforcement about body image from any female. I mostly hear negatives. But I know most of the negatives comes from the people who are busy rejoicing other people’ insults by liking demeaning post on Facebook when in reality they don’t even like themselves. Today, I want to put up a zero makeup photo. I know I have wrinkles on my skin but today i want you to see beyond that. I want to embrace the real me and I want you to embrace who you are, the way you are, and love yourself just the way you are. Share the message everywhere and let it reach the haters and let them know that you don’t give a damn about the negatives and you chose not to be a victim to those bullies who make fun of others based on appearances, race, gender, etc.
And also share if you love yourself the way you are and don’t want to change anything about it. People should appreciate you, the real you."

How to love yourself unconditionally and start accepting (and admiring) ourselves for who we are: by Kai "Missfit"
How to love yourself unconditionally and start accepting (and admiring) ourselves for who we are:
A mother loves her newborn child without reservation, and #romantic #love, in its first stages of infatuation, can make the beloved seem perfect. But most of us doubt that love without reservation, love completely forgiving and accepting, exists in our everyday lives. Looking in the mirror, all of us see too many flaws and remember too many past wounds and failings to love ourselves without also putting a limit on that love.
In order to expand the love you experience now into unconditional love, you need to involve a spiritual element. There is a path to unconditional love, as with any spiritual aspiration, and on this path there is a beginning, middle and end. Let me describe each a little to give you an idea of how the path unfolds.
Beginning: You see yourself as wanting and needing love, usually more than you are receiving. You feel insecure about being lovable, but your ego is there to boost you (or not). You love others, for the most part, according to how much they love you or appeal to your sense of romance, sexuality and compatibility. Relationships involve a constant negotiation between what you want and what your partner wants. The words that apply to this love include the following: passion, attachment, dependency, merging, romance, mutual need, liking and compatibility.
Middle: When you aspire to a higher kind of love, ego and neediness begin to count for much less. You feel that love can be a healing force that binds everyone. You can love someone else without needing anything from him or her. Such love begins to be less personal and attached. Your awareness expands, and you feel less insecure. Love becomes more mature and peaceful. Relationships involve mutual appreciation; there are fewer conflicts between two defensive personalities. The words that apply to this love include the following: idealistic, calm, unselfish, giving, empathic, forgiving and accepting.

"A person like me, I call my own self sexy, beautiful, cute, and no matter what anyone say's I know I'm perfect in my own eye's and that's all that matters to me." - Emmanuel Matos
"People need to start to learn how to love and appreciate themselves completely, People need to learn how to stop depending on other people's compliments to feel good about themselves, People need to start listening to their own opinions instead of looking for others, People need to start Trusting themselves more, People need to stop looking for societies acceptance and accept themselves.
There's a difference between acting like you're better than the whole world and Loving yourself completely.
A person like me, I call my own self sexy, beautiful, cute, and no matter what anyone say's I know I'm perfect in my own eye's and that's all that matters to me. I have absolute confidence in my self and in everything I do because when I look in the mirror I see an amazing ME every single day.
Don't confuse my Love for myself as Cockiness, and if Cockiness is loving yourself then allow me to introduce myself as the most "Cockiest" person you'll ever meet. Maybe you should try it sometime."

“She called those who commit suicide cowardly .....That fear is not failure. That fear is your heart, still beating, that fear is your lungs, still breathing, that fear is your bones, still ready to pick you up from the bottom and carry you to safety, that fear is your entire system rejecting the idea that you are unable to survive any longer, that fear is the primal part of your brain echoing through your nervous system just one whisper of desperation: stay. Stay. Stay."
“She called those who commit suicide cowardly and
I couldn’t breathe for a second because
In the bathtub of a hotel room, a 4.0 student broke open her veins and planted death where the skin split and lay with her head as far under the water as it could get but
the fear of the end
got too be too strong and she called for help and
it was cowardice that saved her, wasn’t it
and in the livingroom of his rich parents,
the football star sits and stares at the gun in his hands and thinks about just clicking the bullet into place
and finally getting this all over with but
he can’t stop wondering if this is really for the best, he can’t
stop the panic that rises when he thinks about the blackness,
he can’t stop the thought of making his girlfriend cry
until she collapses -
so he puts the gun down and leaves it, carries the idea of how incredibly soft he must be
if he couldn’t just do that one last thing
I am more grateful to fear than I am to any other emotion. It has stopped the untimely end of so many of my loved ones. It has been the only wall between them and a headstone. It has been proof they are unfinished - it is their body rejecting the idea that they are unworthy

Buy Self Love Cards from Sacred Self
"The purpose of this deck of 44 cards is to promote self-love and acceptance. You are unique and irreplaceable but sometimes it can be easy to forget. These self-love cards are gentle reminders. Choose a card each morning and allow it to provide a positive focus for the day. The cards contain simple but profound messages that you can meditate upon or use as an affirmation."
From an email I got
"I wrote these cards in a download of about 20 minutes back in 2009. I knew for a long time that I was going to create them and used to sense a kind of etheric shape above my shoulder on my left side for about 2 years. One day, I literally heard a voice saying write this down. About 20 minutes later it was done. 44 self-love prompts or affirmations. They wrote themselves and I just observed. Wednesday, May 27, 2015

5 Tips For Empaths To Prevent Anxiety And Depression by Amateo Ra @ Spirit Science and Metaphysics
"Empaths have now been scientifically proven to be more prone to anxiety, especially social anxiety, as well as depression. To be an Empath means you have the intuitive ability to interpret other’s emotions. However, while interpreting these others emotions, it’s very easy to take them on and let them affect you negatively. Soon, anxiety and depression set in, and life gets way harder than it needs to be. Here’s how to prevent that vicious cycle.
Being Empathic means you have a very powerful gift, the ability to feel what other people feel and use that emotion for good. This can make you a better communicator, a proactive humanitarian, proficient at marketing or simply support you in being a person who naturally understands others needs and feelings.
All gifts that we possess as humans come with great responsibility. Being an Empath is no different.
So, what’s your responsibility? To move through the emotion that gets bottled up in your body.
Since we were children most of us were told to stop crying, be quiet, sit still and shut-up. When we expressed our emotions, we were told to cut it out. Years of this behavior leads to us stifling our natural expression, and in time we become disconnected from our True Selves.
While everyone needs to express their Emotions, Empaths have a much greater responsibility than others? Why? Well, they aren’t just processing their emotions, they are processing others emotions as well.
As an Empath, here are several big tips which will truly support you in preventing anxiety and depression, as well as make great progress in living a happy, healthy & fulfilling life."
1) Create Movement
2) Practice Catharsis
3) Talk to Your Emotions
4) Keep a Clear Container
5) Ask for Help & Energetic Support
