How dangerous IS the food you eat...

The Men Who Made Us Fat & The Men Who Made Us Thin - talks about how you can be thin and unhealthy by what you eat.
just because you are thin or muscular does not mean you can not get fatty liver disease, diabetes, etc. They are not the "fat persons'" disease. They are not obesity related diseases, but diseases brought on by food "like" products people consume. These diseases are not brought on by sugar, but the fact that table sugar is so processed and bleached that it causes cancer. These chemical addictives we eat cause cancer, heart disease,high blood pressure and diabetes but yet it is ignored because the person is not fat.
It has been proven time and time again that it is NOT weight, but quality of food, not quantity. Also living a sedentary lifestyle is very dangerous so just because a person eats withing his or her calorie range and is thin does not mean he or she is healthy because they are thin.

Food groups, nutrition, and what your body needs - just because you work off calories doesn't mean your body is getting these vitamins and minerals; not if you don't eat healthy. Eating McDonalds and working it off is not healthy and does not mean you are healthy. The burger is still damaging your organs.
What does.... mean? - what does that stuff on food packages mean
If you eat butter, processed candy,etc you can not say you are healthy just because you burn off all those calories you consumed enough to be thin or muscular.
Remember, use substitutions for butter, sugar ,vegetable oil, etc.
The best way to eat healthy is to go vegan (which is proven to be the healthiest way of eating) and contribute to your heath and to animal rights and in some cases, even human rights.
