SparksPeople.com - Support groups, fun activities, and calorie/exercise tracker which will help to lose weight. Always put your target goal in and see how many months it will take because picking the other choice can send your body into starvation mode (which is why some people can't lose as much as they want, get frustrated and give up.)
To maintain weight you've lost (after reaching your goal) : change your goals to the weight you are, and since you want to maintain it, in "current weight" put your weight in and put the weight you are in "goal weight" as you don't want to lose, or gain weight.

You can also click on "Edit goals" below Track Food and edit the highest amount of calories to a lower number. I changed mine to around 1400 since I know that even if I exercise I will not be allowed 1600 because that would be a lot of exercise to do for me to reach that number. I would have to burn 400 calories exercising to reach that number (1600)
*** I'm a very short person, I did not type in these numbers myself, SP based them on my height and how much I want to lose (which is not underweight) I'm short that is why my number is so low. When I exercise, the number in the green box increases and I can eat more calories. If I want to maintain I can eat up to the number in the orange box (correct me if I'm wrong?) If I eat more I'll gain weight, but I have to exercise if I want to eat more than the number in the green box (1200)
