2 tbsp of Liquid smoke (Colgin as it is a vegan friendly brand)
1 1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
1 tsp of Himalayan Pink or Sea salt
1/2 - 1 tsbp Aduki Bean Miso
some TVP after it's been soaked in water (re-hydrated) (optional)
Directions:
- Heat Coconut oil (or Avocado oil) on stove on low heat along with the Smoked Paprika (if it is already in liquid form, add everything together)
- When melted put in liquid smoke and salt
- let simmer for around 5 minutes
- Put in a container and then put some TVP in freezer so it can harden.
