IHOP Pancakes recipe from Todd Wilbur, veganized by WLI

1 1/4 cup AP flour (from a trusted source  or instead, use spelt flour Use Spelt flour in place of AP flour or All-Purpose Flour Blend)
1 chia or flax seed egg instead of egg
1 1/4 cup vegan buttermilk (recipeinstead of buttermilk
1/4 cup Coconut sugar(or pure cane sugar, or Sucanat)
1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup Olive oil or Coconut oil (or Canola oil from a trusted source)
pinch of salt
