Dunkin Donuts doughnut recipes from Todd Wilbur; veganized by WLI

Donuts:
1/4 oz Active Dry Yeast
2 Tablespoons of warm water
3/4 cup warm nondairy milk (in my opinion, almond milk would be best, but everyone is different try different non-dairy milks) instead of milk
2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil instead of butter or margarine
1 egg replacer (flax seed egg would probably be best) instead of egg
1/3 cup Coconut Sugar (or possibly Monk fruit sugar, Date Sugar, Sucanat, pure cane sugar  instead of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups all-purpose flour (unbleached and from a trusted company of course! spelt flour substitute may be better) Use Spelt flour in place of AP flour  or All-Purpose Flour Blend
3 cups melted coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil from a trusted company

Glaze:
1/3 coconut oil instead of butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar (it says Sucanat but you can use any sugar like coconut sugar, etc.) instead of regular powdered sugar
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup hot water
