Are you choosing "humane meat" & health benefits of veganism by Choose Veg/Plant Based Dietitian

From Plant Based Dietitian

"There is no such thing as humane meat.  Animals raised for food needlessly suffer throughout their lives and endure a painful death. For no reason.
We do not need to eat animals in order to survive. We, in fact, do better without animal products, health-wise. Plant eaters have lower mortality, decreased risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, overweight/obesity, multiple types of cancers, and other chronic diseases and common non-specific discomforts (e.g. heartburn, constipation, and acne). We can get all of our nutrients from plants...but packaged better, alongside with disease-fighting fiber and phytochemicals, and everything we need.

Eat plants. Get healthy. Save animals. Win-win.
