Lady part chafing on long bike rides, hikes, etc. - Body Exchange advice

"Someone asked me yesterday how do I manage the damage a bike can do to your "lady parts". For me, especially on rides over 50km. I say,
Glide it up, TMI?
For some rides no amount of padding helps. Also, have your bike fitted to make sure your seat height is right for you. It's amazing what one inch can do in making it a comfortable ride or not. We use Chafestop, all natural anti chaffing stick. #protectyourparts"
