Calories I eat each meal following 1200 calories by WLI

I always use a calorie tracker because this is not something a person can do alone if they want to lose weight.

I eat more on days I exercise or are more active. I try to be active all the time though even if that means dancing in place or while I'm sitting down, but some days I do not exercise (there is a difference) I want to maintain my weight.
