If you have checked any of those (excluding the occasional going out with best friends for a birthday) here are great suggestions to change it... All are located on my site Chunkealthy Life...You don't have to stop eating candy, fried foods, or soda; however, substituting healthier options is a great choice. (make your own Twix, or fry your own french fries, buy organic, chips from a trusted company) CHL will give you advice and show you how all for free!!
