My online brain exercising/health notes

Exercising the brain can help strengthen thinking and remembering. Great for people who have a foggy thought processes or any mind related problems. We exercise our arm muscles and ab muscles so why not our brain. Just because we can't make it "look good" does not mean we should not pay attention to it . Exercise your mind and your brain as well as your abs.
I put together a few notes for myself, sharing with you all. Updated all the time, so check back there every once in a while. As always, I will post more topics about keeping the brain and mind healthy.
