Fitness Magazine's workouts

Fitness magazine has a collection of various workouts to do at home. Remember, fitness is something everyone, regardless of body size, needs to strive to achieve.  Workouts targeting abs, legs, and arms  help to build muscle and contribute to the recommended amount of time a person should work out!
If you want to lose weight, it helps contribute to fat loss and calorie burning. If you don't want to lose weight it helps to tone and build body muscle. Remember, fit can be at any size , but you must workout to achieve it!
