Trudy’s "Beefy" Burgers by Rhea @ The V Word

1 1/3 cups water
1 “beef” bouillon cube
1 ½ cups TVP granules
1-15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup oats
2 Tbs. arrowroot
½ cup mushrooms, chopped
½ red onion, minced
2 Tbs. ketchup
1 Tbs. vegan, gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. chile powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. black pepper
¾ cup chickpea flour, divided
