Homemade Salted Caramel Recipe @ Sally's Baking Addiction

1 cup (200g) coconut sugar instead of granulated sugar
6 Tablespoons (90g) coconut oil with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt instead of salted butter
1/2 cup (120ml) canned coconut milk (skim the coconut part off, leaving the liquid in the can) instead of heavy cream **You will not get a coconut taste*
1 teaspoon himalayan pink salt or sea salt instead of table salt
