Nutritional data / substitution facts on Rolodex or Index cards by WLI

For the kitchen. I made a set of index cards without the Rolodex, and whenever I make a food I write down the food and what it is replacing and the nutritional content such as vitamins and minerals. Not too worried about calorie count as that can be a dangerous place.

I put stuff such as Date syrup, Coconut sugar, etc in the "Sugar" category, stuff like Spelt flour, buckwheat flour, etc. in the "flour" category.

I use separators to separate the categories such as: sugars, flours,non-dairy (sour cream, cream "cheese", "cheeses"
