What foods I stay away from by WLI

All of these include organic, healthy alternative as well. I let myself have some once in a while, but when I do it is a little bit and not every night. I'll allow myself some once in a great while.Maybe once a month. Not because they are unhealthy, or bad for me,but because they are very tempting and taste so delicious I love eating them. I only eat organic, whole foods but even though the "junk" food isn't unhealthy it does cause me to gain weight (which is okay on others, but I want to lose weight). Eating these yummy "junk" foods each day is not okay as it is getting in the way of my weight loss goals. I don't see anything wrong with any of these (as long as you are eating the healthy versions of them (organic or homemade soda, natural sugars like Maple Syrup,etc) but if you are trying to lose weight they can be trouble!
