It is okay to be fat, I actually gained weight eating organic, vegan foods because the food is so amazingly good and healthy for you!! Posting this for the healthy benefits of eating whole foods, not to encourage weight loss. Not matter what weight you are, eat healthy whole foods from the Earth. How much you eat is up to you. Who cares about quantity, pay attention to quality.
