Stick in a pan of ONE serving of soup. Great for side dish at lunch, or a snack or if you add more (4 cups instead of 2) veggies you can eat it throughout the day. Try to get organic veggie bouillon cubes.

with 1/2 cup of whole grain rice or any other whole grain (Quinoa, Sorghum, Barley, Buckwheat are yummy)
