3 (5) paper (plastic) cup diet (portion control method)

Used by kpop and jpop artists to stay slim except they fill the cup for all day use which is a huge no-no. This is a good idea for portion control for a meal, not an entire day! They use paper, but BPA-free reusable plastic cups are even better!


  • Fill one with veggies
  • another with fruit
  • another (1/2) with a grain
  • another with a protein (beans, legumes, nuts or seeds)
  • and a cup (or 1/2 cup) of (I'm vegan) non-dairy milk or other dairy replacement
