Using flavoring as a weight loss tool (taste)

Food flavoring. I put some of the flavors in healthy food such as a banana or (non-dairy) milkshake....

Ideas: For recipes that call for sugar,you can always use substitutions
  1. Make gum or buy gum from Yum Yum Gum
  2. Make lolipops ( I wouldn't use food coloring though, yucky and defeats the purpose and make sure the gelatin is vegan-friendly_
  3. Make Jelly Beans (Jelly Bellys would be good, but they are not vegan friendly)
  4. Condoms (for oral- just put onto condom)
  5. Make flavored lube (put onto condom that is for oral as the sugar can create infections)
  6. Tea - Adagio tea
