""I began counseling after earning my B.A. in psychology in 1984. I opened my own practice, and was intake coordinator for Cornwall Hospital's Mental Health Unit. In 2002 I served our community through Project Liberty, A FEMA program, counseling families of New York firefighters after 9/11, which included lecturing.

I have always practiced spiritual counseling using a loving eclectic approach. I espouse the Jungian belief in wellness within all of us and reach out to connect with that aspect. My studies as a channel began more than 25 years ago, under the guidance of my sister, renowned psychic Reverand Nancy Pisano. This knowledge of the power of spiritual healing gave me an advantage with my work in counseling.

I practice Usui Reiki as a level II practictioner and use the Violet Flame quite often in my healing sessions.

In 1995, while receiving traditonal treatment for stage four cancer, I practiced daily healing meditations. During one such meditation, I met my beautiful Gray Wolf spirit guide. This amazing guide explained that he and his pack would be able to carry the cancer cells away. That was over 15 years ago and I remain free of cancer. Gray Wolf and other spirit guides continue to work with me in my healing practices."
