Social Play
Playout: The Game unites the joy you feel when playing sports with friends into a calisthenic workout routine, so you hardly even notice you’re working out. That’s why we call it Playout! The feeling we get after playing a great game of basketball, soccer, volleyball, or any other sport is very different from the feeling we get after working out in the gym. Playing enriches the body, mind, and spirit in ways that solitary workouts cannot.
Competition
Playout brings competition into regular exercises and workout routines, motivating the players to push themselves and have fun while doing it. Doing a wall-sit alone is strenuous, boring work that you give up on after a minute or two. Doing a wall-sit in a competition against your friends is still quite strenuous, but far more exciting, and you’ll find yourself sitting for much longer than you ever thought you could. Going through 10 bodyweight exercises alone is dull, tedious work that you may or may not complete. Going through 10 bodyweight exercises in a race against the clock to beat your previous record is fun, intense, and will leave you out of breath, feeling great by the end.
Variety
Playout offers an everchanging, infinitely adaptable bodyweight routine that will never stop challenging and surprising you, especially when it’s your friends who are playing the cards on you! The 30 bodyweight exercises provide a great deal of variety in themselves, and when combined with any of the 12 WildCards, give you a workout unlike any you’ve experienced before.
Adaptability
Last but not least, Playout: The Game is entirely what you want it to be. We offer you 5 great gameplay modes, but there are infinite ways to use the cards to get fit while having fun. Depending on you’re feeling on a given day, you can choose the one that’s best for you. Not only can you choose how you play, but also what you play (the cards), how much you play (time and difficulty level) and who you play with! Now that’s fun!"
