Pizza Hut Pepperoni Big Sliders Recipe


Ingredients: 2 Portobello Mushroom Caps 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup marinara sauce 1/2 cup cheese 12 pepperoni slices (Yves) Directions: Preheat the oven broiler to high. Clean the mushroom caps with a wet paper towel. Use a spoon to remove the remaining stem and gills from the mushroom. Place the mushroom caps in a oven safe pan, bottom side up. Drizzle on the olive oil and liquid smoke, then sprinkle on the salt and pepper. Broil the mushrooms for 3 minutes. Take the mushrooms out of the oven. Layer on the marinara sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Place them back under the broiler for an additional 5 - 7 minutes. You will know that they are done when the tops are toasty and brown.
