I received this booklet with my Proactiv kit. Posting because it has some good information in it about acne. I can't recommend Proactiv because it made my face worse than it was. I used it to get rid of a few pimples and it made my face look like acid was thrown on it. Gave it to my friend and she said the same. I only use homemade skin care now, and Proactiv tests their products on animals in other countries
