Never crash diet for any reason.Either you can diet, or can't.Do not keep flip flopping,it will mess up your body. If you try to diet and put the weight back on, try again maybe in a month when you are ready for it and motivated enough to stick to it long term. Do not diet, change your eating habits for life.
