"Welcome to the New York site of the Endangered Bodies International Campaign, a groundswell movement that is wreaking havoc on the status quo around the globe. Women are fed up with the sea of visual images that do not reflect and represent the diversity of our bodies. Our mission is to take a stand against the toxic culture that teaches women and girls to hate their bodies.
Through activism, we share our aim to expose the industries that profit from body insecurity, to challenge sexual objectification, to call out size discrimination, and to create social conditions which will enable girls to grow up loving -- not hating or rejecting -- their bodies. "
